Talk to the person who built it

The Discord server is the fastest way to get support. Email works too, and licensing questions, bug reports and ideas for the next asset all get read.

Discord community — primary support

The fastest way to get help with any Karamai asset. Ask questions, report issues, share what you've built and get notified about new releases — support happens in the open, so the answer you need is probably already there.

FAQ

Quick answers

Which Unreal Engine versions are supported?
Each product page on Fab lists the exact engine versions it ships for. Older marketplace purchases carry over to Fab automatically, and updates within a listed version are free.
How does licensing work?
All assets are sold under Fab's standard EULA: use them in any number of your games and projects, including commercial ones. You can't resell or redistribute the raw assets themselves.
Can I request a feature or a change?
Yes — feature requests via email are very welcome. Several existing features (like the wetness shaders in the military packs) started as customer requests.
Do the packs work together?
The military props (Sandbag Walls, Sandbag Singles, Tank Barriers, Barbed Wire) share texture conventions and the same MPC-based wetness shader, so they mix seamlessly in one scene.
